Precautionary measures and sanctions applied by NBKR in relation to commercial banks 

for 4 quarter of 2015 

For 4 quarter of 2015 the National bank of the Kyrgyz Republic had been applied following retaliations in relation to commercial banks: 

§ 2 (two) warnings were directed;  

§ 4* (four) instructions were directed;  

§ On 1 (one) commercial bank was imposed a fine;  

§ On 1 (one) commercial bank was imposed restrictions. 

§ On 2 (two) commercial banks was send requirement for a change their officials.  

§ 17 (seventeen) sessions of Committee on supervision were held, on which 34 (thirty four) questions concerning activity of commercial banks have been considered.
