The International Monetary Fund Mission visited the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic  

From October 20 to 24, 2014 the working visit of the Monetary Fund Mission to the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic took place. The Mission was composed of Mr. Hunter Monroe, Senior Economist of the Monetary and Credit System and Capital Market Department of IMF, Mr. Richard Nun, Expert on Bank Supervision, Mr. Hynek Hrebicek, Expert on the Issues of Modeling and Forecasting. During the visit of the mission, members of the mission held a number of meetings with Mr. T. Abdygulov, the Governor of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, Deputy Governor and the staff of the National Bank, representatives of a number of international organizations.  

The aim of the mission was to discuss the issues of future cooperation in the field of technical support on the issues of bank supervision, modeling and forecasting in the development of monetary policy.
