External Audit of the National Bank Activity for 2016 will be carried out by the Deloitte & Touche LLP 

The Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic approved the auditing company Deloitte & Touche LLP to be the external auditor of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2016. 

The Deloitte & Touche LLP was selected as a result of a private tender conducted among 7 auditing companies including representatives of the "big four" that have recognized international standing and experience of the audit in the central (national) banks for at least five years. 

The tender for selection of external auditor of the National Bank financial accounting is conducted annually in accordance with Article 9 of the Law On the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic. According to the results of the tender, the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic shall within six months before the end of a fiscal year review and approve the company to conduct audit of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic. The tender proposals shall be assessed by the Commission composed of the deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic (one representative from each faction), the independent members of the Audit Committee and the representatives of the National Bank. 

Audit of the National Bank activities carried out in 2015 was conducted by the Deloitte & Touche LLP.
