ь On September 29, 2011 at the Board meeting of the NBKR the following issues have been considered and appropriate action were taken: 

­ On making amendments and additions to the Regulations on the depository account of government securities placed through the National Bank (№ 55\3);  

­ On the regulation “On the order of conducting of NBKR' swap-operations” in foreign exchange (№ 55\4); 

­ On introducing amendments to new editions of the Regulation “On the order of conducting of the National Bank’ repo transactions with government securities of the Kyrgyz Republic” approved by the Board of the NBKR № 32\4 on 27 June 2007, registration number of the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic № 76-06 as of 01 August 2007. 

­ On making amendments and additions to the Regulation “On the minimum requirements for credit risk management in commercial banks and other financial institutions licensed by NBKR” (№ 55\8); 

­ On introducing amendments and addenda to some legal acts of the NBKR (№ 55\9); 

­ On entry into force of the Regulation “On mandatory reserve requirements of microfinance companies offering acceptance of deposits” (№ 55\15); 

­ On Amendments to Annex 2 of the Resolution of the NBKR Board №41\4 as of 01 August 2011 “About the sale of 100% share in capital of LLC “Financial Company for Support and Development of Credit Unions” (FCCU) by the credit union” (№ 55\16). 

ь The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic informs that the Chairman of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic Asankozhoeva Z. M on the delegation of the Kyrgyz Republic as IMF Manager from the Kyrgyz Republic took part in the Annual Meeting of the World Bank Group and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) which was held in Washington D.C. (USA) on September 23-25, 2011.  

ь The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic informs that on the official website of the National Bank, in section Normative Acts/Projects for discussion, there are allocated the draft amendments to the Regulation “About the requirements for the accounting policies of commercial banks and other financial institutions licensed by NBKR” and the Regulation “About requirements for the accounting policies of commercial banks carrying out operations in accordance with the Islamic banking and financing principles” for public comments.
