Collection coin "Saimaluu-Tash" issued by the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic won the third place at the International contest "Coin constellation -2014".  

The Awarding Ceremony of the Eighth International Commemorative Coins Contest "Coin Constellation - 2014" took place on 18th September 2014 in Moscow.  

"Coin constellation" is a single international contest of commemorative coins, which is held in the territory of CIS countries. Coins were presented by the national banks, mints and coin distributing companies from all over the world. Organizer of the contest is the publishing house "Walter Mark" - publisher of the magazine on coins and medals "Golden chervonets" and the COINS, organizer of an international conference and contest of coins.  

This year the jury from numerous world museums, auctions houses, coin distributing companies, numismatic associations and specialized media have judged more than 260 commemorative coins and 25 coins series from 31 countries, issued from 1st January till 31st December 2013.  

The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic presented the following collection coins for the contest "Coin constellation -2014": "Dzheiran" of the series of "The Red Book of Kyrgyzstan", "The Great Kyrgyz Kaganate" from the series of "Age of the Kyrgyz Kaganate" and "Saimaluu Tash" from the series of "Historical and architectural monuments of Kyrgyzstan".  

The collection coin "Saimaluu Tash" presented by Kyrgyzstan won the third place in the nomination of Silver Coin of the Year of the Eighth International Commemorative Coins Contest "Coin Constellation - 2014".  

The contest was held in nine major nominations: Unique Idea Concept, Successful Artistic Solution, Original Technology, Silver Coin of the Year, Gold Coin of the Year, Coin Classic, Souvenir Coin, Series of the Year, and Coin of the Year. The winners are determined by the absentee voting of the jury committee.  

The money transfer system operator "BEST" LLC was registered in the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the "Rules of the money transfers in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Resolution of the Board of NBKR No. 34/10 as of July 31, 2014). Registration number is 1003220914.  

On July 31, 2014 the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic approved the amendments to the "Rules of money transfers in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Resolution of the Board of NBKR No. 34/10 as of July 31, 2014). Amendments were related to the registration of payment system operators providing the services on the money transfer systems in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic:  

- paragraph 3.1. of the Rules "Operator (resident or non-resident of the Kyrgyz Republic) for providing services in the money transfer systems in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic shall get registration in the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic" and the money transfer system operator shall provide guarantees of financial obligations in case of emergency situations.  

In accordance with the given requirements, on September 22, 2014 "BEST" LLC was registered in the list of operators providing services through the money transfer systems in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic under the registration number: 1003220914.  

The money transfer system operator "Faster" - JSC "BTA Bank" was registered in the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the "Rules of money transfers in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Resolution of the Board of NBKR No. 34/10 as of July 31, 2014). Registration number is 1002160914.  

The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic held 2-day seminar for the journalists  

The main goal of the seminar "National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic: status, functions, mission" was to inform the journalists specializing in the field of economics and finance about the goals and current activities of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic.  

30 journalists - representatives of the leading information agencies, press, TV and radio companies of the Kyrgyz Republic participated in the seminar.  

During the seminar the mass media representatives were able to get comprehensive information from the NBKR specialists on the roles and functions of the National Bank, current currency status, bank and microfinance markets, payment system market, cash currency circulation and non-cash settlements, etc. Besides, the journalists received information about the monetary and credit policy led by the National Bank, its goals, instruments and effects on the economic growth in the country.  

Participants of the seminar were particularly interested in the organization of the supervision of the National Bank over the financial institutions, principles of currency policy led by the National Bank and the products of the credit institutions based on the Islamic principles of financing that have been gaining popularity.  

The lecturers answered all questions asked by the journalists. Besides, the participants of the seminar were given the opportunity to talk to the heads of departments of the National Bank after their presentations.  

Mass media representatives gave positive evaluation of the content and organizational aspects of the seminar and noted the need in conducting similar information activities to increase the knowledge of the journalists in the field of economics and finance as well as improve the quality of the materials published in mass media.

5) "Taga Group" LLC (license No. 5155 as of September 26, 2014 giving the right to conduct exchange transactions with foreign currency in cash). Legal address: 150 Abdrahmanov Street, Bishkek. 

Certificates/licenses of the following non-financial credit institutions were withdrawn/annulled: 

1) The license of the Credit Union "Kyla" No. 456 as of June 10, 2004 was withdrawn. Legal address: Mombekov village, Nooken rayon, Jalalabad oblast (cultural centre).
