Collection coin “Great Silk Road” – “Best historically important coin”
Silver collection coin “Great Silk Road” of the series “Kyrgyzstan on the Great Silk Road” became the winner in the nomination “Best historically significant coin” at the largest international competition on collection coins held by Krause Publications (USA) within the World Money Fair 2013 held in Berlin, Germany.
A stylized route of the Great Silk Road and silhouettes of the famous architectural and cultural monuments included in the UNESCO World Heritage List are depicted on the coin.
