Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic

In accordance with the Law "On the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Board is a supreme regulatory body of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic and determines its basic direction of activities.
The Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic consist of seven members, they are: the Chairman of the National Bank, his three Deputies and three Members of the Board.
The Board is the collegial body. The Member of Board is appointed by the President of the Kyrgyz Republic by recommendation of the Chairman of the National Bank for a period of seven years.
The work of the Board is supervised by the National Bank Chairman, and during his absence - by a person, who is acting for him.
