On September 4, 2025, the employees of the Talas Regional Department of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, within the framework of the program to improve the financial literacy of the population, held a field lecture for residents of Kyrgyzstan village of Manas district, Talas oblast.
During the lecture, the participants were provided with the information on the family budget, savings, borrowing, protection of the rights of consumers of financial services and the increasing cases of financial fraud using modern technologies.
