On September 9, 2025, within the frames of the financial literacy program, the employees of the Issyk-Kul Regional Department of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic held field lectures for employees of the Ton district State Administration and senior classes of the secondary school named after J. Bokonbaev in Bokonvaevo village, Issyk-Kul oblast.
During the lecture, the information was provided on the history of the formation of the national currency - the Kyrgyz som and on making payments using QR codes.
