Tolkunbek Abdygulov was appointed to the position of Acting Chairman of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic. The President of the Kyrgyz Republic Almazbek Atambayev signed the Decree under which Tolkunbek Sagynbekovich Abdygulov was appointed to the position of Acting Chairman of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Was born on July 7, 1976 in Bokonbayevo village, Tonskiy district, Issyk-Kul region.  

In 1997, he graduated from the International University of Kyrgyzstan with a specialization in International economic relations.
