ь Regular meeting of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic was arranged on September 30, 2009. Within the course of the meeting the following issues were regarded and the following resolutions were accepted:  

on the Provision “On requirements for standard contracts on transactions, performed in accordance with the Islamic principles of banking industry and financing” (№39/4); 

on the Provision “On requirements for accounting policy of the commercial banks, performing transactions, in accordance with the Islamic principles of banking industry and financing” (№39/5); 

on introduction of changes and amendments to the Provision “On licensing of the banks activity” (№39/6); 

on introduction of changes and amendments to the resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic No.38/11 dated August 22, 2007 “On Instruction for the procedure of payments performance in the System of Package Clearing of Small Retail and Regular Payments in the Kyrgyz republic”, registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic, dated October 4, 2007, registration number No.88-07 (№39/8). 

 

ь The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic informs that on September 23, 2009, the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic accepted “the Resolution on the USD exchange rate, applied for calculation of obligatory reserve requirements” No.38/1, in accordance with which the USD exchange rate for calculation of obligatory reserve requirements was established in the amount of 44.0 soms/1 USD for the period from September 28, 2009 to May 30, 2010. 

 

ь The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic informs that the Resolution of the Committee of monetary-and-credit regulation of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic established the basic rate for crediting of the LLC “Specialized Fund for Refinancing of Banks” (Spetzializirovannii Fond Refinansirovaniya Bankov) in the amount of 8.0 percent from September 28, 2009.  

 

ь The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic informs that the banknote with the nominal value of 5000 soms became a nominee of the prestigious international competition “Banknote 2010”. Organizer of this competition is the international banknote association IBNS and the international association of collectors of the world paper money.  

Banknotes, issued in 2009 in various countries of the world, participated in the competition. The competition nominees, besides our banknote, included the following 5 banknotes: banknote of Armenia (100 000 drams), banknote of Jamaica (5000 dollars), banknote of Bermudas (2 dollars), banknote of Botswana (200 pouls) and banknote of the South Korea (50 000 wons).  

Results of the competition will be announced on January 31, 2010. We hope that our banknote with the nominal value of 5000 soms will become the winner of this competition of the international level.

3. LLC MCC “Ak Nur-Kapital” (certificate on accounting registration №241 dated September 29, 2009 for micro-crediting of legal entities and individuals). Legal address: 1/54, micro-district Dzhal-29, Bishkek; 

The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic revoked certificates/licenses from the following non-financing credit institutions: 

 

License No. 4101 of the PE Adieva Raushan Kubanychbekovna, dated July 10, 2009, has been cancelled from September 29, 2009 due to self-liquidating. Legal address: 70/2, Sovetskaya Str., Cholpon-Ata, Issyk-Kul oblast.
