Financial market environment November 23 - 26

ь On November 25, 2009, the regular meeting of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic was arranged. In the course of the meeting the following issues were considered and the corresponding resolutions were adopted:  

On tendencies for development the Kyrgyz Republic commercial banks system (No.47/2); 

On draft Resolution “On requirements for formation of the financial statements by commercial banks, performance of transactions in accordance with the Islamic principles of financing and banking industry” (No.47/3); 

On introduction of changes and amendments into the resolution of the NBKR Board “On requirements for transactions performed between the banks and insiders, affiliated entities of commercial banks and other financial-and-credit institutions, licensed by the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic”, No.34/10, dated December 10, 2003, registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on January 5, 2004, registration number 2-04 (No.47/4); 

On report “About the current state of the payment system of the Kyrgyz Republic for the third quarter of 2009” (No.47/6); 

On introduction of changes and amendments into some normative acts of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, related to the LLC “Specialized Fund for Refinancing of Banks” (Spetzializirovanniy Fond Refinansirovaniya Bankov) (No.47/11).
