On regulations for auctions at inter-bank currency market through trade-information system of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic (No.50/2);
On introduction of changes and amendments to the NBKR Board resolution No.25/3, dated May 27, 2009 “On approval of the Provision on periodic regulative report of micro-credit companies, micro-credit agencies and pawn shops and the Provision on periodic regulative report of micro-financing companies” (No.50/6);
On Draft Provision on minimum requirements for the credit risk management and credit unions (No.50/7).

The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic revoked certificates/licenses from the following non-financing credit institutions:

License No. 441, dated December 10, 2003 has been revoked from the Credit Union “Ishenim Plus” from December 22, 2009 on the basis of the minutes of the general meeting of participants on self-liquidating of the credit union, dated October 1, 2009. Legal address: 41, Kaiyndy Bulak Str., Kaiyndy Bulak village, Aktalinskii rayon, Naryn oblast;
2. License No. 303, dated September 19, 2001 has been revoked from the Credit Union “Batman Kol” from December 23, 2009 on the basis of the minutes of the general meeting of participants on self-liquidating of the credit union, dated December 15, 2009. Legal address: Kara Myk village, Chon Alay rayon, Osh oblast;
3. License No. 185, dated June 1, 2000, has been revoked from the Credit Union ”Kazyna” from December 22, 2009 on the basis of the NBKR Supervision Department Resolution No.16/7, dated December 22, 2009, for breach of the Kyrgyz Republic legislation and the NBKR normative-and-legal acts requirements. 4. License No. 225, dated January 26, 2001, has been revoked from the Credit Union ”Sulaiman-Pirim-15” from December 22, 2009 on the basis of the NBKR Supervision Department Resolution No.16/6, dated December 22, 2009, for breach of the Kyrgyz Republic legislation and the NBKR normative-and-legal acts requirements.
