News of non-banking financial and credit institutions 

 

The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic issued licenses/certificates to the following non-banking financial institutions and exchange offices: 

 

1. Additional Responsibility Society pawn office “Azia-Link” (license No.426 dated July 13, 2009 for conducting operations on granting short-term credits secured by movable property (pawn)). Legal address: 136, Moskovskaya Str., Bishkek; 

2. Additional Responsibility Society pawn office “Evro-Time” (license No.427 dated July 15, 2009 for conducting operations on granting short-term credits secured by movable property (pawn)). Legal address: (building of Trade Center KOMFORT), automobile road Bishkek-Osh 25, urban settlement Toktogul, Toktogul rayon, Jalalabat oblast; 

3. PE Tirkeshov Medetbek Suerkulovich (License No. 4102 dated July 15, 2009 for conducting cash foreign exchange transactions). Legal address: kolkhoz market, Kochkor Ata town, Nooken rayon, Jalalabat oblast (entrance from the northern side of the market, 3rd booth from the right); 

4. PE Kasymov Nazimjon Nasurdinovich (License No. 4103 dated July 16, 2009 for conducting cash foreign exchange transactions). Legal address: central market, Jalalabat, Jalalabat oblast (1st passage from the side of town administration building); 

5. PE Telegonov Turganbek Ahmetalievich (License No. 4104 dated July 17, 2009 for conducting cash foreign exchange transactions). Legal address: 77, Sovetskaya Str., Cholpon Ata city, Issyk-Kul oblast (in the building of post office). 

 

The following certificates/licenses of non-financing credit institutions have been re-legalized: 

 

1. Additional Responsibility Society pawn office “ABDI credit” (license No.295 dated July 15, 2009 for conducting operations on granting short-term credits secured by movable property (pawn)). Legal address: 170c, Abdrahmanova Str., Bishkek. 

 

The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic revoked certificates/licenses from the following non-financing credit institutions: 

 

1. License No.270 dated September 5, 2005 has been revoked from the Additional Responsibility Society pawn office “Mayram Apa” from July 13, 2009 on the basis of the participant’s decision dated June 25, 2009. Legal address: 34, Lenin Str., Jalalabat, Jalalabat oblast; 

2. License No.209 dated September 9, 2003 has been revoked from the Additional Responsibility Society pawn office “Kronos” from July 15, 2009 on the basis of the application dated July 10, 2009 (decision of the founders dated December 25, 2008). Legal address: 17a, Tolstogo Str., Bishkek.
