Cooperative CU “Stepnoe” (License No.540 dated August 7, 2009 for performance of transactions on attraction of monetary assets from its participants by means on acquisition of savings share by them; provision of credits to participants of the credit union on terms of maturity, payback and serviceability). 4. PE Kuznetsov Sergey Pavlovich (License No. 4118 dated August 3, 2009 for conducting cash foreign exchange transactions). Registration number of the exchange office: 2303. Legal address: 132/34, Frunze Str., Sokuluk village, Chui oblast;
