ь Due to often aroused questions about CJSC MCC “AUB-Agro”, the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic informs that this company performs its activity on the basis of the certificate on account registration No.271 of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic dated February 10, 2010. Founders: OJSC “AsiaUniversalBank” and CJSC “Kyrgyz Republic Development Fund”, which formed the charter capital of the CJSC MCC “AUB-Agro” in the amount of 100 million soms on a parity basis.
Thus, the above mentioned company issues credits to agricultural manufacturers on account of public funds, banking investments and credit. The main type of activity of the CJSC MCC “AUB-Agro” is crediting of agricultural industry for the period up to two years.
ь The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic informs credit unions, the National Union of credit unions of Kyrgyzstan and Association of credit unions and cooperatives of Kyrgyzstan that the draft document “on introduction of changes and amendments to some regulatory-legal acts of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic” is provided on the official site of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic in the section “Normative acts of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic/Projects for discussion”. The department of non-banking institutions supervision asks to provide comments and proposals on this project to the following e-mail address until May 21, 2010: nasanalieva@nbkr.kg.
