On February 27, 2012 the Board Meeting of the NBKR has been adopted a resolution “On the Statement of Monetary Policy for 2011” (No.9\1) and has been considered a report On Payment System Status of the Kyrgyz Republic for IY quarter of 2011.

3. Based on the decision of NBSD of the NBKR No.60 dated February 29, 2012, due to systematic failure to submit a periodic regulatory report, Account Registration Certificate No 122 as of March 25, 2008 of LLC MCC “LEGAL TRUST INVEST” for micro crediting individuals and legal entities has been revoked from March 2, 2012.
