The resolution “On the Activities of Microfinance Institutions” (No. 22/1) May 29, 2012 was adopted at a meeting of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, and reports on monetary policy for the 1st quarter of 2012 and the status of the Kyrgyz payment system for the 1st quarter of 2012 were considered;

The certificate of registration of the Iygilik Capital Microloan Company LLC No. 298 as of 24/06/2010 for small lending to individuals and legal entities according to the decision of the Founder No. 1 as of 29/05/2012 and the statement of the MLC as of 28/05/2012 has been revoked since 29/05/2012. 5. The license of PE Toychubek kyzy Kerez No. 4875 as 23/03/2012 for for conducting exchange operations with foreign currency in cash according to the statement of PE Toychubek kyzy Kerez as of 30/05/2012 has been revoked since 30/05/2012. Registered address: Lenin 144 Abdrakhmanov Street, Bishkek.
6. The certificate of registration of the Kalyk Bay Microloan Company LLC No. 90 as of 30/08/2007 for small lending to individuals and legal entities according to the decision of the Company Member as of 14/02/2012 on self-liquidation and the statement of the MLC as of 30/05/2012 has been revoked since 31/05/2012.
