The Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic considered the following issues and approved the following resolutions at the meeting held on December 24, 2014:
- Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic №58/9 dated December 24, 2014 "On approval of the Resolution "On licensing of activities carried out by the operators of payment systems and payment organizations";
- Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic №58/14 dated December 24, 2014 "On introduction of additions to some resolutions of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic";
- Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic №58/16 dated December 24, 2014 "On introduction of amendments and additions to some resolutions of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic".
Information about money transfers
- According to the Rules of money transfers in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic (Amendments according to the Resolution of the NBKR Board №34/10 dated July 31, 2014) the operator of the local money transfer system "Yldam" -Bank "Bai-Tushum" CJSC was registered on January 14, 2015 in the Register of operators rendering services on the money transfer systems in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic under registration number 1026140115.
- According to the Rules of money transfers in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic (Amendments according to the Resolution of the NBKR Board №34/10 dated July 31, 2014) the operator of money transfer system: system of electronic document management "BTF SOUZ" - CB "Trade Finance Bank" (LLC) was registered on January 14, 2015 in the Register of operators rendering services on the money transfer systems in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic under registration number 1025140115.
- According to the Rules of money transfers in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic (Amendments according to the Resolution of the NBKR Board №34/10 dated July 31, 2014) the operator of the local money transfer system "Eco-Perevod" -"EcoIslamicBank" CJSC was registered on January 12, 2015 in the Register of operators rendering services on the money transfer systems in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic under registration number 1024120115.
- According to the Rules of money transfers in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic (Amendments according to the Resolution of the NBKR Board №34/10 dated July 31, 2014) the operator of the international money transfer system "The Money"- PJSC CB "FINANCIAL INITIATIVE" was registered on January 10, 2015 in the Register of operators rendering services on the money transfer systems in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic under registration number 1023100115.
Licenses have been issued to the following non-bank financial institutions and exchange offices:
1. "Mubina-Bereke" LLC (license №5200 dated January 12, 2015 for carrying out foreign exchange operations in cash). Legal address: w/n, Andizhanskaya Str. (landmark - new bus station), Kyzyl-Kyshtak village board, Karasuiskiy district, Osh Region.
2. "Umut-Bereke" LLC (license №5201 dated January 12, 2015 for carrying out foreign exchange operations in cash). Legal address: w/n, Andizhanskaya Str. (landmark - new bus station), Kyzyl-Kyshtak village board, Karasuiskiy district, Osh Region.
3. "Kononenko" LLC (license №5202 dated December 30, 2014 for carrying out foreign exchange operations in cash). Legal address: w/n, Lenin Str. (central market, shop "Technika"), Kant town.
Certificates/licenses of the following non-bank financial institutions and exchange offices have been cancelled/revoked:
1. Certificate of accounting registration of LLC MCC "RUBAT" №11 dated August 21, 2003 for micro-crediting of individuals and legal entities has been cancelled. Legal address: 28, Sarygulov Str., Talas city, Talas Region;
2. Certificate of accounting registration of LLC MCC "Olzho Credit" №187 dated February 04, 2009 for micro-crediting of individuals and legal entities has been cancelled. Legal address: apt. 10, 28, №200, Berdike baatyr Str., Talas city, Talas Region;
3. License of the Financial Cooperative CU "Prime Credit" №455 dated June 07, 2004 has been cancelled. Legal address: 14, Uzbekskaya Str., Tokmok town, Chui Region;
4. License of Individual Entrepreneur Erkinzhon Oktamzhanovich Uraimov №5039 dated August 27, 2012 for carrying out foreign exchange operations in cash has been cancelled. Legal address: kiosk №12, city market, Nookat town, Osh Region;
5. License of Individual Entrepreneur Natalia Leonidovna Zinkovskaya №4833 dated January 23, 2012 for carrying out foreign exchange operations in cash has been cancelled. Legal address: 129, Kozhomberdiev Str., Kara-Balta town, Chui Region.
