Cash turnover situation in the Kyrgyz Republic in the 2 quarter of 2025 

 

Total amount of active money аs of July 1, 2025 constituted 275 307.3 million soms; 22 565.7 million soms out of the sum belonged to cash departments of commercial banks 252 741.6 million soms the rest belonged to the extra-bank system (in comparison with the corresponding period of the past year this sum increased by 17.6 percent which is equal to 37 870.6 million soms). 

In the 2 quarter of 2025, 1 344 856.1 million soms entered the cash departments of commercial banks. In comparison with the 2 quarter of 2024, this sum increased by 6.3 percent which is equal to 179 442.9 million soms.

In the 2 quarter of 2025, 1 383 435.2 million soms were paid from the cash departments of commercial banks. In comparison with the 2 quarter of 2024, this sum increased by 7.2 percent which is equal to 92 527.1 million soms.

For the 2 quarter of 2025 cash repayment to the cash departments of commercial banks amounted to 97.2 percent. (in comparison with the corresponding period of 2024, this index decreased by 0.8 percentage points).
