ь The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic informs commercial banks and the Union of Banks of Kyrgyzstan that the Provision on Licensing of the banking activity is provided for public discussion on the official site of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic in the section Normative Acts/Projects for Discussion. The Department of Supervision and Licensing Methodology asks to provide comments and proposals on this project to the following email address until February 22, 2010: rabdykalykov@nbkr.kg.
ь The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic informs in the year of 2009, 28 vacancies were announced, among them 20 vacancies were announced for the central department and 8 vacancies were announced for regional departments, including:
– turnover rate – 20 vacancies;
– traineeship – 2 vacancies;
– work on fixed-term labor contracts – 6 vacancies.
260 people participated in these competitions. As per results of the competitions, 16 new employees were hired to work in the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic. Within the framework of cooperation with higher educational institutions of the country for the purpose of the personnel potential training, 40 students passed traineeship in structural departments of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic.
ь For the purpose of objective explanation of the situation, related to use of the picture “Crown Peak” by the author Polynskii on the banknote with the nominal value of 5000 soms, the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic gives the following specification:
During development of the banknote design, the painter-designer of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic used a part of the picture “Crown Peak”, which was taken from the disk “Unknown land - Kyrgyzstan”. Name of the author was not specified under the picture, that’s why the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic had no intent to breach someone’s copyright.
In July 2009, the photographer Polynskii V.I. applied to the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic with the claim about use of his picture at the reverse side of the banknote with the nominal value of 5000 soms without his approval and agreement. He claimed the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic to repay compensation for his material and moral damage.
As one of the ways for solution of this matter, Mr.Polynskii was proposed to conclude conciliatory contract and repay him certain sum for the picture use. However, Mr.Polynskii did not agree with the proposed sum and did not apply to the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic again. In case of filing application to the court by Mr.Polynskii, the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic is ready to solve this matter in accordance with the procedure, established by law.

3. Certificate No. 76 for micro-crediting of legal entities and individuals, dated April 4, 2007 has been revoked from the LLC MCC “Bailedy” from January 23, 2010 on the basis of resolution on self-liquidating of the participant No.4, dated July 10, 2009.
