ь Session of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic was arranged on February 27, 2010. In the course of the session the following issues were considered and corresponding resolutions were accepted:
On report “About monetary-and-credit policy for the period of 2009 and monetary-and-credit program for the subsequent period” (No.3/1);
On tendencies of commercial banks system development in the Kyrgyz Republic (No.3/5);
On introduction of changes and amendments into resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic No.5/7 “On approval of the Provision on licensing of banks activity”, dated March 2, 2006, registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on April 7, 2006; registration number No. 34-06 (No.3/6);
On introduction of changes and amendments into resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic No.18/3 “On approval of new edition of the Provision on minimum requirements for external audit of banks and other financial-credit institutions, licensed by the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic”, dated July 21, 2004 (No.3/7);
On introduction of changes and amendments into resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic No.18/3 “On approval of new edition of the Provision on classification of assets and corresponding deductions to the reserve for coverage of potential losses and costs”, dated July 21, 2004, registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on August 23, 2004; registration number No. 95-04 (No.3/8);
On introduction of changes and amendments into resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic No.4/4 “On interim instruction for operation with deposits”, dated February 19, 2003, registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on March 25, 2003; registration number No. 25-03 (No.3/9);

7. PE Murtaziev Shuhratillo Abdurashitovich (License No 4273 dated February 25, 2010 for conducting cash foreign exchange transactions). Legal address: Bazarnaya Str., Osh city, Osh oblast (orienting point – supermarket MIR);
8. PE Bannikov Petr Anatolyevich (License No 4272, dated February 24, 2010 for conducting cash foreign exchange transactions). Registration numbers of exchange offices: 2430, 2431. Legal addresses: 119/3, Shopokov Str., Bishkek (shop ELITA) and 100/2, Chui Avenue, Bishkek (shop “Serebryannyi Vek”).
The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic revoked certificates/licenses from the following NBFI:
1. License No. 3899 dated February 27, 2009 for conducting cash foreign exchange transactions, has been revoked from the PE Ismailova Aida Toktogulovna from February 24, 2010, on the basis of resolution No.07-0, dated February 20, 2010 for breach of requirements of the NBKR regulatory-and-legal acts. Legal address: 74, Kojevennaya Str., Trade Centre “Dordoi”, Bishkek;
2. License No. 4051 dated June 1, 2009 for conducting cash foreign exchange transactions, has been revoked from the PE Sultanova Nurzat Omonovna from February 24, 2010, on the basis of resolution No.08-0, dated February 20, 2010 for breach of requirements of the NBKR regulatory-and-legal acts. Legal address: No.10, Chimkent bus-stop, Trade Centre “Dordoi”, Bishkek.
