ь On June 30, 2010, regular meeting of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic was arranged. In the course of the meeting the following issues were considered and relevant resolutions were accepted:
– On regulations for registration of collateral in the form of governmental securities, allocated through the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic (№52/1);
– On collateral for overnight and daily credits, provided by the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic (№52/2);
– On approval of the Provision “On periodic regulative consolidated reporting” (№ 52/3);
– On some normative and legal acts of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic (№52/4);
– On provision about minimum requirements for arrangement of internal control in exchange offices of the Kyrgyz Republic for the purpose of prevention of terrorism financing and legalization of money, received by illegal ways (№52/5);
– On rates of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic for the services of the Package Clearing System and Gross Settlement System on a real time basis (2/14).
ь National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic informs that since June 28, 2010, decision of the Monetary Regulation Committee of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic established the base rate for crediting of the LLC “Specialized Fund for Banks refinancing” for July 2010 in the level of the previous month – 7.0 percent.
ь Human Resources Department of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic informs that in the second quarter of 2010, 12 positions were announced to be vacant, among them 9 positions – central department, 3 positions – regional departments, including:
- for turnover rate – 5 competitions;
- for probation – 6 competitions;
- for work on standard tender documents – 1 competition.
213 people participated in competitions. As per results of the arranged competitions, 3 employees were hired and 9 people were accepted for probation period.
Within the framework of cooperation with higher educational institutions of the country, the main purpose of which is preparation of personnel potential, in the second quarter of 2010, 19 students of the country’s higher institutions were in training in the structural divisions of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic.
