ь On October 27, 2010, the court session was arranged in the Bishkek municipal court with regard to consideration of the appeal of the National bank of the Kyrgyz Republic against decision of the Inter-rayon court of Bishkek city on acknowledgment of the OJSC AsiaUniversalBank as a bankrupt.
Judicial board on administrative and economic affairs of the Bishkek municipal court cancelled decision of the Inter-rayon court of Bishkek city on economic affairs, dated August 27, 2010, and accepted new resolution, in accordance with which the OJSC AsiaUniversalBank was acknowledged as insolvent. Bankruptcy procedure was initiated with regard to the OJSC AsiaUniversalBank and Agency for reorganization of banks and restructuring of debts under the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic was assigned as the special administrator.

License of the Credit Union “Eramaga” No.439, dated November 5, 2003, has been cancelled from October 26, 2010, on the basis of minutes of the general meeting of shareholders “On self-liquidation” No.12, dated October 20, 2010. Legal address: 22, Chyngysh uulu Alseyit Street, Naryn, Naryn oblast.
