ь The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic informs commercial banks and microfinance companies that the following drafts have been posted at the NBKR official website, in the ‘Normative Acts/Projects for Public Discussions’ Section:
– New edition of Requirements to the securities operations’ requirements;
– revisions and amendments to the Regulation on Economical Standards Compulsory for Commercial Banks of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the NBKR Board Resolution About Approval of the Regulation on Economical Standards and Requirements Compulsory for Commercial Banks and Financial Institutions Licensed by the NBKR No. 18/1 dated 21.07.2004 and registered in the MJ KR on 23.08.2004, with registration number 93-04;
– amendments to the Provisional Rules of Regulating Microfinance Companies on the Territory of the Kyrgyz Republic approved on 19.02.2003 by the NBKR Board Resolution About Provisional Rules of Regulating Microfinance Companies on the Territory of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 4/2 dated March 25, 2003, with registration number 29-03.
