News of non-banking financial institutions
The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic issued licenses/certificates to the following non-banking financial institutions and exchange offices:
1. LLC MCC “Bailyk-Finance” (certificate on accounting registration No. 346, dated March 10, 2011, for micro-crediting of physical and legal entities). Legal address: 58-2, micro-district Alamedin 1, Bishkek;
2. LLC MCC “Batyr-Aikol” (certificate on accounting registration No. 347, dated March 10, 2011, for micro-crediting of physical and legal entities). Legal address: 20, Abaya Street, Bishkek;
3. PE Arlieva Irina Tamturovna (License No 4577 dated March 9, 2011 for conducting cash foreign exchange transactions). Registration number of exchange office: 2680. Legal address: 54, Lenin Street, Kant, Chui oblast;
4. PE Vahrichenko Irina Vitalyevna (License No 4576 dated March 9, 2011 for conducting cash foreign exchange transactions). Registration number of exchange office: 2679. Legal address: 129, Kojomberdieva Street, Kara-Balta, Chui oblast;
The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic revoked certificates/licenses from the following Non-banking financial institutions:
1. Certificate on accounting registration No.251 of the LLC MCC “Inter-Credit”, dated November 12, 2009, has been cancelled from March 10, 2011, due to decision of the participant #2, dated February 28, 2011, and application of the participant, dated February 25, 2011. Legal address: 146, Abdrahmanova Street, Bishkek.
2. License No.385 of the Kant Credit Union, dated May 8, 2002, has been cancelled from March 10, 2011 on the basis of the minutes of general meeting of the Credit Union participants, dated February 4, 2011, and application of the Board Chairman, dated March 3, 2011. Legal address: 3, Fuchika Street, Bishkek, Trade Complex “Dordoi Market” (boutique No.23);
3. Certificate on accounting registration No.163 of the Public Fund MCA “Econom-credit”, dated September 17, 2008, has been revoked from March 10, 2011, on the basis of decision No.50 of the NBKR Non-banking Supervision Department, dated March 10, 2011, due to systematic breach of regulatory-legal acts of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Kyrgyz Republic legislation. 4. Certificate on accounting registration No.127 of the LLC MCC “Express-Nasiya”, dated April 9, 2008, has been revoked from March 10, 2011, on the basis of decision No.56 of the NBKR Non-banking Supervision Department, dated March 10, 2011, due to systematic breach of regulatory-legal acts of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Kyrgyz Republic legislation. 5. Certificate on accounting registration No.128 of the LLC MCC “Chyngyz-Ordo”, dated April 16, 2008, has been revoked from March 10, 2011, on the basis of decision No.51 of the NBKR Non-banking Supervision Department, dated March 10, 2011, due to systematic breach of regulatory-legal acts of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Kyrgyz Republic legislation. 6. Certificate on accounting registration No.186 of the LLC MCC “Credit-Consult”, dated January 30, 2009, has been revoked from March 10, 2011, on the basis of decision No.54 of the NBKR Non-banking Supervision Department, dated March 10, 2011, due to systematic breach of regulatory-legal acts of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Kyrgyz Republic legislation. 7. Certificate on accounting registration No.245 of the LLC MCC “UTASU”, dated October 12, 2009, has been revoked from March 10, 2011, on the basis of decision No.53 of the NBKR Non-banking Supervision Department, dated March 10, 2011, due to systematic breach of regulatory-legal acts of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Kyrgyz Republic legislation.
