On April 11, 2012 at the Board meeting of the NBKR the following issues have been considered and resolutions have been adopted:
· “On the distribution of net profit of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic as per results of 2011” No.16/2;
· ”On the repeal of certain provisions of the Board of the NBKR” No. 16/5.

According to the decision of the participant dated March 12, 2012 and MCC Application dated April 9, 2012, Account Registration Certificate No. 198 as of March 18, 2009 for micro crediting individuals and legal entities of LLC MCC “K.U.B.
