On September 12, 2012, the meeting of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic considered the following issues and took appropriate resolutions:    

· “On Approval of the instruction on providing clients with individual bank safe deposit boxes for storage of valuables by commercial banks of the Kyrgyz Republic” (No. 37/2). 

· “On the rules of regulation of the Financial company of Credit Unions SBFI OJSC, a legal successor of FCCU LLC” (No. 37/4). 

· “On granting a provisional approval to open Bai Tushum Microfinance Bank CJSC and partners” and obtaining a license for conducting banking operations in national and foreign currencies” (No. 37/4).  


Representatives of the NBKR took part in the international conference on “Remittances of Migrants: the Accuracy and Benefits,” organized in Kyrgyzstan by the World Bank and the Bank of Russia. 

During the two-day conference, held in the framework of MIRPAL, two parallel sessions were held. First, under the auspices of the World Bank, was focused on the role of remittances in the development of countries of origin of migrants. International experts and representatives of relevant government agencies from nine MIRPAL Program member countries of the CIS attended the session. 

The implementation of the general principles of remittances attracted particular attention of the participants. The review of the general principles of remittances and successful examples of legal reforms on account of payment presented by organizers were discussed. In particular, participants talked about Tajikistan and Moldova. 

The Bank of Russia was the coordinator of the second session, which was held in the form of a technical seminar for representatives of departments of the balance of payments. 

The participants of the meeting presented a system of statistics of migrants remittances, operating in their countries, and discussed the transition to the new methodology under the IMF's new Balance of Payments and International Investment Position Manual (BPM 6).

Kashka-Suu MCA Public Foundation No. 183 as of 26/11/2009 for microcredit to individuals and legal entities to has been annulled on 04/09/2012 based on the minutes of the General Meeting of Founder No. 3 on self-liquidation as of 30/08/2012 due to lack of customer base and the unprofitability.
