Withdrawal of the license of CJSC “Dirigible”
For the systematic violation of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and the requirements of regulatory acts of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, providing false information to the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic and the exercise of unhealthy and unsafe banking practices by CJSC “Dirigible”, in accordance with Article 32 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On national Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic”, Article 30 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On microfinance organizations in the Kyrgyz Republic” and paragraph 4.18 of the Regulation “On the preventive measures and sanctions imposed by the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic to the microfinance institutions, the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic resolved to withdraw the license of CJSC “Dirigible” under the number 2 issued as of May 16, 2007 staring from August 1, 2013.
The following non-bank finance credit institutions and exchange offices are issued licenses/certificates:
LLC “MD Aruuke” (license number 5106 as of July 29, 2013 for the right to conduct exchange operations with foreign currency) under the registration number 3098. Registered address: Bishkek, airport “Manas”, LLC MCC “Ishenimduufinance” No.476 as of July 31, 2013, certificate of registration for micro-crediting of individuals and legal entities. Registered address: Chui, 48, Bishkek, the Kyrgyz Republic.
Licenses of the following non-bank finance credit institutions are cancelled:
The certificate of registration of the LLC MCA “Altyn-Kazyna plus” under No.196 as of September 28, 2010 is withdrawn from August 1, 2013 for micro crediting of individuals and legal entities. Resolution was made due to the disclosure of the banking practices characterized as unhealthy and unsafe. Registered address: Issyk-Kul, Karakol, Toktogul street, 104.
The certificate of the CJSC “Dirigible” under No. 2 as of May 16, 2007 for micro crediting individuals and legal entities has been withdrawn from August 1, 2013 based on the resolution of the Board of the National Bank under No. 27/7 as of July 31, 2013. Registered address: Jibek Joly, 382-a, Bishkek, the Kyrgyz Republic.
