On the withdrawal of the license of the credit union “Akbaz”  

The Supervisory Committee of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic from October 10, 2013 withdrew the license No.325 as of January 24, 2002 from the credit union “Akbaz” for systematic breach of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, regulatory legal acts and requirements of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic by the credit union “Akbaz” based on the Article 32 of the Law of KR “On the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic”, Articles 30 and 33 of the Law “On Credit Unions”, sub-subparagraphs 1 and 4 of the paragraph 10.2 Regulation “On licensing of credit unions”, paragraph 3.8 of the Regulation “On measures taken towards the credit unions” as well as the cub-paragraph “t” of the paragraph 2.1 Regulation “On the Supervisory Committee of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic”, approved by the Decree No.6/2 of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic as of March 19, 2005.  

Licenses/certificates have been issued to the following non-financial credit institutions and exchange offices: 

Individual entrepreneur I. Nesterov was issued a letter of registration of the additional exchange office (license number 4770 as of October 17, 2011 giving the right to conduct exchange operations in foreign currency). Registered address is 186, Zhibek Zholu Street, Bishkek. 

Individual entrepreneur D. Atabaeva was issued a letter of registration of the additional exchange office (license number 4819 as of December 23, 2011 giving the right to conduct exchange operations in foreign currency). Registered address is Kurmanzhan Datka Street, Bishkek. 

Licenses/certificates of the following non-financial credit institutions were withdrawn/annulled: 

The certificate of registration of the Public Fund “Umutum” No.34 as of March 26, 2003 for micro crediting of individuals and legal entities was annulled from October 12, 2013. Self-liquidation was in accordance with the decision of the founder as of October 9, 2013. Registered address is Kara-Kochkor village, Kara-Kulja rayon, Osh oblast. 

The certificate of registration of the credit union “Akbaz” under No. 325 as of January 24, 2002 was annulled according to the Minutes No. 5 of the meeting of the Board on July 31, 2013. Registered address is Suerkulov Street, Bld., 21, Apt 2, Toktogul rayon, Jalalabad oblast. 

The certificate of registration of the LLC MCC “Nur Zhailoo” under No. 320 as of November 3, 2010 for micro crediting of individuals and legal entities was annulled from October 18, 2013 for the reason of the systematic violations of regulations. Registered address is 275-34, Manaschi Sagynbaya Street, Bishkek.
