The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic and International Monetary Fund discussed the following matters of bilateral cooperation 

Deputy Chairman of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic Mr Nurbek Zhenish met with the delegation of the IMF mission headed by Mr Tore Hugo.  

The meeting was the first in the commenced visit of IMF representatives with respect to Bishkek. During the meeting, Mr Tore Hugo told about the purpose of staying of the mission. Then parties discussed further cooperation matters.  

Mission of the International Monetary Fund came to the Kyrgyz Republic in order to evaluate defense mechanisms of the NBKR as a part of the economic program supported by a new triennial agreement with the IMF.
