ь On October 28, 2009 the Management Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic arranged a regular meeting in the course of which the following issues were considered and appropriate resolutions were adopted:  

On collection silver coins “Berkut” and “Mother-Deer” (No.43/1); 

On introduction of changes and amendments into some normative and legal acts of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic (due to changes in the Law “On credit unions”) (No.43/5); 

On introduction of amendments into Provision “On minimum requirements for external audit of banks and other financial an credit institutions, licensed by the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic” (No.43/6). 

ь The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic informs that starting from the beginning of 2009, as of October 1, 2009, 21 vacancies were announced, among them 15 positions for the central department and 6 positions for regional departments, including:  

– turnover rate – 14 vacancies; 

– period of probation – 2 vacancies; 

– for work on standard tender documents – 5 vacancies. 

195 people participated in the competitions. As per results of the performed contests, 12 new employees were employed to work in the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic. Within the framework of cooperation with higher institutions of the country, the main purpose of which is preparation of personnel potential, 35 students of the country’s higher institutions were in training in the structural divisions of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic. 

ь The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic informs commercial banks and the Banks Union of Kyrgyzstan that on the official site of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic in the section Normative Acts/Projects for discussion there is the project of changes and amedments into Instruction “On requirements for transactions of banks with insiders and affiliated entitites”, approved by the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, dated December 10, 2003 No. 34/10, developed in accordance with the Kyrgyz Republic Law “On introduction of changes and amendments into the Kyrgyz Republic Law on banks and banking activity in the Kyrgyz Republic”.
