ь National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic informs about publishing of the financial statement and the information about execution of economic standards by commercial banks and financial-credit institutions for the 3rd quarter of 2009 : 

ь The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic informs that on the official site of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic in the section Normative acts/Projects for discussion, there provided the draft Provision “On requirements for formation of the financial accounting of commercial banks, performing transactions in accordance with the Islamic principles of banking industry and financing” for discussion. The Department of Licensing and Supervision Methodology asks to provide comments and proposals on this project to the following email address: miskandarov@nbkr.kg until November 20, 2009. 

News of non-banking financial and credit institutions 

The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic issued licenses/certificates to the following non-banking financial institutions and exchange offices: 

1. LLC MCC “Karakol Kapital” (certificate on accounting registration №248 dated November 10, 2009 for micro-crediting of legal entities and individuals). Legal address: 135, Lenina Str., Karakol, Issyk-Kul village;  

2. LLC MCC “Berk Kapital” (certificate on accounting registration №249 dated November 10, 2009 for micro-crediting of legal entities and individuals). Legal address: 13-54, micro district Jal-23, Bishkek;  

3. LLC MCC “Kooperativ Kredit” (certificate on accounting registration №250 dated November 12, 2009 for micro-crediting of legal entities and individuals). Legal address: 88/1, Turusbekova Str., Bishkek;  

4. LLC MCC “Inter-Kredit” (certificate on accounting registration №251 dated November 12, 2009 for micro-crediting of legal entities and individuals). Legal address: 146, Abdrahmanova Str., Bishkek; 

5. Financial Cooperative Credit Union “Jaiyl” (License No.547 dated November 10, 2009 for performance of transactions on attraction of monetary assets from its participants by means on acquisition of savings share by them; provision of credits to participants of the credit union on terms of maturity, payback and serviceability). Legal address: 65, Tsentralnaya Str., Alekseevka village, Jaiyl rayon, Chui oblast;  

6. PE Kalygul uulu Toktosun (License No. 4186 dated November 13, 2009 for conducting cash foreign exchange transactions). Registration number of the exchange office: 2369. Legal address: 57, Baitik Baatyra Str., Bishkek; 

7. PE Efimov Leonid Leonidovich (License No. 4185 dated November 10, 2009 for conducting cash foreign exchange transactions). Registration number of the exchange office: 2367. Legal address: 148-2, Abdrahmanova Str., Bishkek. 

The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic revoked certificates/licenses from the following non-financing credit institutions: 

1. License No.232, dated March 12, 2001 has been revoked from the Credit Union “Jooshtor” from November 13, 2009 on the basis of the minutes of the general meeting of the Credit Union participants and the application of the Board Chairman of the Credit Union on self-liquidating. Legal address: Sary Tash village, Alay rayon, Osh oblast;  

2. License No.3970, dated April 9, 2009, for performance of exchange transactions with foreign currency has been revoked from the PE of Abdrahmanova Nazira Melisovna from November 4, 2009 due to discontinuation of activities. Legal address: 3b, Baitik Baatyra Str, Bishkek; 

3. License No. 3928, dated March 13, 2009, for performance of exchange transactions with foreign currency has been revoked from the PE of Akjigitov Ergesh Abibillaevich from November 13, 2009 on the basis of the Resolution No.61-0, dated November 13, 2009 for breach of the NBKR normative-and-legal acts requirements;  

4. License No. 3900, dated March 4, 2009, for performance of exchange transactions with foreign currency has been revoked from the PE of Jakshybaev Temiraly Batyralievich from November 13, 2009 on the basis of the Resolution No.61-0, dated November 13, 2009 for breach of the NBKR normative-and-legal acts requirements.
