ь The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic informs that for the purpose of clarification of the procedure of licenses issuance to credit unions and micro-credit companies/agencies, the Central Department of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, regional divisions and the Batken representative office of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic arranged working meetings with the heads of regional state administrations and Aiyl Okmotus.  

In the course of these meetings, the following supporting documents were provided to all regional state administrations and head of Aiyl Okmotus: 

- Laws of the Kyrgyz Republic and normative acts of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, regulating activity of credit unions, micro-credit companies/agencies as well as the patterns of constituent documents (charter and memorandum of association) in electronic format (disks); 

- Broadsheets with the information about procedure of licenses issuance to credit unions and micro-credit companies/agencies.
