ь On March 4, 2009, the international regional conference “Influence of the world financial crisis on Caucasus and Central Asian countries” was arranged in Hyatte Regency Hotel. Chairmen of national (central) banks of the participant counties, representatives of the President Administration and Government as well as representatives of international financial organizations and embassies, accredited in the Kyrgyz Republic, took part in the conference. Within the framework of this conference the following issues were regarded: 

- settlement of global financial disturbances for Caucasus and Central Asian countries; 

- questions of financial sector and exchange rate; 

- questions about raw products prices; 

- evaluation of the influence of poverty rate through money transfers and possible measures on its alleviation; 

- money transfers in the Kyrgyz Republic. 

ь As of March 10, 2009, the shareholders of CJSC “Interbank processing center” include 16 commercial banks and OJSC “Kyrgyztelecom”. 40.917 Elcart cards were issued, 417 terminals and 111 automated teller machines are functioning. 339 terminals are installed in branches and savings departments of commercial banks in Bishkek and regional centers, 78 terminals in trade-service enterprises.

From February 27, 2009, the license No.329 dated July 30, 2007 has been revoked from the additional responsibility society pawn office “Aydarbek” for systematic failure to perform reports on the basis of the NBKR decree No.11, dated February 27, 2009. 3. Registration certificate No.50 dated May 17, 2006 has been revoked from LLP MKA “Nurel” from February 27, 2009 for systematic failure to perform reports on the basis of the NBKR decree No.11, dated February 27, 2009. Legal address: 46-15, Shopokova Str., Jalalabat, Jalalabat oblast;
