ь The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic informs that from March 5, 2009, the following provisions came into effect: the Provision “On the overnight credit of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic”, approved by the NBKR Board resolution No.49/4 dated December 23, 2008, registration number of the KR Ministry of Justice No.19-09 dated February 3, 2009 and the Provision “On inter-day credit of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic”, approved by the NBKR Board resolution No.7/11 dated February 11, 2009, registration number of the KR Ministry of Justice No.29-09 dated February 24, 2009. 1. Registration certificate No.73 dated March 22, 2007 has been revoked from LLP MKA “Kench Kredit” from March 20, 2009 for systematic failure to perform reports on the basis of the NBKR decree No.19, dated March 20, 2009. Legal address: 274, Isanova Str., Bishkek; 

2. Account Registration Certificate No.91 dated August 30, 2007 has been revoked from LLP MCA “Daewon Credit Co. Ltd” from March 20, 2009 for non-performance of credit issuance for more than 1 years, on the basis of the NBKR decree No.20, dated March 20, 2009. Legal address: 510 room, 107 Kievskaya Str., ; 

3. The License No.283 dated March 15, 2006 has been revoked from the Additional Responsibility Society pawn office “Gerat” from March 20, 2009 for systematic failure to perform reports on the basis of the NBKR decree No.24-O, dated March 20, 2009. Legal address: 253, Chui Avenue, Bishkek; 

4. License No.355 dated March 20, 2008 has been revoked from the Additional Responsibility Society pawn office “Altyn Kredit” from March 20, 2009 on the basis of resolution of the shareholder No. 2, dated March 16, 2009 “On the pawn office self-liquidating”. Legal address: Trade Center “Yug City”, 30, J.Bakieva Str., Jalalabat, Jalalabat oblast. 

Interbank payments 

ь As of March 20, 2009, the shareholders of CJSC “Interbank processing center” include 16 commercial banks and OJSC “Kyrgyztelecom”. 16 commercial banks are connected to the Single Interbank Processing Center. 42.794 Elcart cards were issued, 418 terminals and 106 automated teller machines are functioning. 340 terminals are installed in branches and savings departments of commercial banks in Bishkek and regional centers, 78 terminals in trade-service enterprises.
