ь On May 6, 2009, the Limited Liability Company “Specialized Fund of Banks Refinancing” (Spetzializirovannyi Fond Refinansirovaniya Bankov) obtained the license of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic for performance of individual banking transactions.
The Fund is starting the activity on consideration of banks’ applications and issuance of credit means in May 11, 2009.

ь As of May 8, 2009, the shareholders of CJSC “Interbank processing center” include 16 commercial banks and OJSC “Kyrgyztelecom”. 16 commercial banks are connected to the Single Interbank Processing Center. 49 178 Elcart cards were issued, 430 terminals and 128 automated teller machines are functioning. 352 terminals are installed in branches and savings departments of commercial banks in Bishkek and regional centers, 78 terminals in trade-service enterprises.
