ь On July 29, 2009, the regular meeting of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic Board was arranged, in the course of which the following issues were considered and the following resolutions were accepted:
on approval of “Regulations of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic for determination of official courses of foreign currencies against Kyrgyz som” (No.32/2);
on introduction of changes and amendments into “Provision on licensing of credit unions” (No.32/5);
on introduction of changes and amendments into the Charter of LLC “Specialized Fund of Re-financing of banks” (32/7);
on introduction of changes and amendments into the Policy of refinancing of banks LLC “Specialized Fund of Re-financing of banks” (32/8).
News of non-banking financial and credit institutions
The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic issued licenses/certificates to the following non-banking financial institutions and exchange offices:
1. LLC MCC "Janbosun" (Account Registration Certificate No.230 dated July 28, 2009 for micro crediting individuals and legal entities). Legal address: 7, Omurbek Str., Kok-Say village, Kara-Buura rayon, Talas oblast;
