1. Certificate No. 108 of the MCA “Balbai-Ata”, dated June 8, 2006 has been cancelled from February 3, 2010, on the basis of minutes of the general meeting of founders on self-liquidating, dated January 20, 2010. Legal address: 154/1, Gorkogo Str., Karakol, Issyk-Kul oblast; 

2. License No. 170 of the Credit Union “Delfinium”, dated November 17, 1999 has been cancelled from January 27, 2010, on the basis of minutes of the general meeting of the Credit Union participants on self-liquidating, dated January 29, 2010. Legal address: 110, Moskovskaya Str., Karakol, Issyk-Kul oblast.
