ь The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic informs that on May 3, 2010, the Committee of monetary-credit regulation of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic decreased the basic rate for crediting purposes of the LLC “Specialized Fund of Banks Refinancing” (Spetzializirovannyi Fond Refinansirovaniya Bankov) for May 2010 to the level of 7.0 percent.  

ь The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic informs commercial banks that the draft document “Requirements for selection of the agent bank for performance of compensatory payments” is provided on the official site of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic in the section “Normative acts of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic/Projects for discussion”. The department of supervision and licensing methodology asks to provide comments and proposals on this project to the following e-mail address until May 31, 2010: uboobekova@nbkr.kg.
