ь The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic informs commercial banks that the draft of Decree of the Kyrgyz Republic Provisional Government “On introduction of changes and amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic on banks and banking activity in the Kyrgyz Republic” and the draft of changes and amendments to resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic No.6/2 “On approval of the Provision on requirements for formation of financial reporting of commercial banks in the Kyrgyz Republic” are provided on the official site of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic in the section “Normative acts of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic/Projects for discussion”. The department of Supervision and Licensing Methodology asks to provide comments and proposals on the first draft to the following email address: aatyshova@nbkr.kg and on the second draft to the following email address: smaitashova@nbkr.kg.
News of non-banking financial and credit institutions
The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic issued licenses/certificates to the following non-banking financial institutions and exchange offices:
1. LLC MCC “Asyl Kapchyk” (certificate on accounting registration No. 304, dated August 3, 2010 for micro crediting of physical and legal entities). Legal address: 83-4, micro-district Alamedin-1, Bishkek;
2. LLC MCC “UCH credit” (certificate on accounting registration No. 305, dated August 6, 2010 for micro crediting of physical and legal entities). Legal address: 87, Molodaya Gvardiya Avenue, Bishkek;
MCA Public Fund “Fond Vosstanovleniya” (certificate on accounting registration No. 193, dated August 5, 2010 for micro crediting of physical and legal entities). Legal address: 2/7, Abay Str., Bishkek;
Certificate No. 167 of the Institution MCA “Nurkamil”, dated February 26, 2009, has been canceled from August 4, 2010 on the basis of the decision of a founder on self-liquidation, dated August 4, 2010. Legal address: 107, Kadyrov Str., Karakol, Issyk-Kul oblast.
