ь National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic informs that from October 21, 2010, in the Kyrgyz National Information Agency “Kabar”, press-conference was arranged with participation of Jeenbaeva B.J., the Acting Chairman of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, Imashev Ch.I., Minister of Finance, and Umetaliev E.S., Minister of Economic Regulation. Press-conference was arranged as per results of participation of the Kyrgyz Republic delegation in the Annual Session of the International Monetary Fund and World Bank, which took place in Washington from October 6 to October 11, 2010.

The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic issued licenses (certificates) for the following non-banking financial institutions (NBFI): 

1. Private Enterprise Taabaldiev Abdirashit Tajidinovich (license N°4497 dated October 18, 2010 for the right to perform exchange transactions with cash foreign currency). Legal address: 8, Sadykov Street, Batketn, Batken oblast; 

2. Private Enterprise Sultanov Akylbek Askarbekovich (license N°4498 dated October 19, 2010 for the right to perform exchange transactions with cash foreign currency), registration number of exchange office – 2615. Legal address: container 13, central passage, Trade Center Dordoi, Bishkek; 

3. Private Enterprise Kaznachiev Ruslan Zarylbekovich (license N°4499 dated October 21, 2010 for the right to perform exchange transactions with cash foreign currency), registration number of exchange office – 2616. Legal address: 66, Lenin Street, Kant city, Chui oblast; 

The following certificates and licenses of non-bank financial and credit institutions were cancelled: 

1. License of the private entrepreneur Turumbekova Nazira Mederbekovna (license No.4323 for the right to perform exchange transactions with cash foreign currency, dated April 1, 2010) has been revoked from October 18, 2010, on the basis of Resolution No.41-0, dated October 18, 2010, for breach of requirements of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic. Legal address: pavilion No.58, Chimkent bus-stop, Trade Center “Dordoi”, Bishkek; 

2. License of the private entrepreneur Suynaliev Kalmat Sultanmuratovich (license No. 4346 for the right to perform exchange transactions with cash foreign currency, dated April 16, 2010) has been revoked from October 15, 2010, on the basis of Resolution No.39-0, dated October 15, 2010, for breach of requirements of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic. 3. Certificate of the CJSC MCC “Cooperative stabilization fund” (certificate on accounting registration No.31, dated June 10, 2005, for micro-crediting of individuals and legal entities) has been cancelled from October 21, 2010, on the basis of minutes of extraordinary session of the general meeting of shareholders, dated October 4, 2010, on self-liquidation. 4. License of the private entrepreneur Gordienko Vladimir Aleksandrovich (license No. 4210 for the right to perform exchange transactions with cash foreign currency, dated December 9, 2009) has been cancelled from October 21, 2010, on the basis of application on termination of activity of the exchange office, dated October 20, 2010. 5. License of the private entrepreneur Rahmanov Adyl (license No. 4236 for the right to perform exchange transactions with cash foreign currency, dated January 1, 2010) has been cancelled from October 18, 2010, on the basis of application on termination of activity of the exchange office, dated October 15, 2010. 6. License of the private entrepreneur Mahmudov Zainabidin (license No. 4293 for the right to perform exchange transactions with cash foreign currency, dated March 3, 2010) has been cancelled from October 18, 2010, on the basis of application on termination of activity of the exchange office, dated October 18, 2010.
