ь On March 1, 2011, in the course of the meeting of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, the following issues were considered and corresponding resolutions were accepted: 

– On the Monetary Policy Report for 2010 and monetary-credit program for the forthcoming period (No.11/1); 

– On development tendencies for the system of commercial banks of the Kyrgyz Republic (No.11/2);

ь National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic informs that from February 28, 2011, the Committee of Monetary-Credit Regulation of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic decided to establish the base rate for crediting purposes of the LLC “Specialized Fund for Banks Refinancing” at the level of 8.25 percent. Decision came into effect on March 1, 2011.
