ь National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic informs commercial banks that on the official web-site of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic in the section “Normative acts/Projects for discussion” the following documents are provided for public discussion: 1) Draft of changes and amendments to resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, dated May 27, 2009 (registration number in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic No.65-09, dated July 1, 2009) with regard to the Instruction “On the procedure for transfer of electronic messages through the Gross Settlement System on a real-time basis in the Kyrgyz Republic” and 2) Draft of changes and amendments to resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic No/38/11, dated August 22, 2007 (registration number in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 88-07, dated October 4, 2007) with regard to the Instruction “On the procedure for performance of payments in the System of Package Clearing of small retail and regular payments in the Kyrgyz Republic”.
