ь On April 27, 2011, in the course of the meeting of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, the following issues were considered and corresponding resolutions were accepted: 

­ On introduction of changes and amendments to the resolution No.42/7 of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, dated November 26, 2008, “On approval of new edition of the Provision on the Payment System Committee of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic” (№26/1); 

­ On allocation of gold and silver coins for auction arrangement (№26/2); 

­ On introduction of changes and amendments to the resolution No.16/7 of the Board of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, dated March 26, 2009, “On the policy for banks refinancing” (№26/3); 

­ On introduction of changes and amendments to the Provision “On the supervisory committee of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic” (№26/5). 

Also, the report on supervision over financial-credit institutions for the first quarter of 2011 was considered.  

ь National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic informs that in the first quarter of 2011, 2 contests were announced for open vacancies in the central office: 

– for performance of functions of the commercial bank conservator – 1 contest; 

– for work in accordance with the fixed-term labor contract in the Payment System Department – 1 contest. 

13 people participated in the announced contests. One person was employed by the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic in the capacity of the commercial bank conservator. 

Within the framework of cooperation with the higher educational institutions of the country, which is aimed at preparation of the personnel potential, in the first quarter of 2011, 5 students of the higher educational institutions were in training in structural subdivisions of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic.
