ь On May 12, 2011, the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic arranged the seminar for journalists on the topic “Banking system of the Kyrgyz Republic and performance of supervision”. The seminar was aimed at familiarization of the publicity with the banking system problems, development perspectives and clarification of the situation with the OJSC “AUB”. In the course of the seminar, the issues, related to activity of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic as the banking supervisory authority, were considered. Also, regulating and supervisory measures of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, accepted in 2010, were considered, and analysis of activity of the OJSC AUB was presented.  

ь National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic informs that on May 13, 2011, the auction on sale of gold and silver collection coins was arranged. By now, departments and branches of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic do not anymore perform sale of these coins. 20 bids (of one coin each) were put up for auction. The total starting price of all coins constituted 54 000 soms. The sum of the sold numismatic coins constituted 134 600 soms. Active participants of the auction were awarded with incentive prizes.
