News of non-banking financial institutions
The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic issued licenses/certificates to the following non-banking financial institutions and exchange offices:
1. PE Sabyrkulov Duvan Bolotovich (License No. 4747, dated August 15, 2011 for conducting cash foreign exchange transactions). Registration number of the exchange office: 2827. Legal address: 1 Ibraimova Street, Chui village, Chui rayon, Chui oblast – supermarket “Narovdnyi”;
2. LLC MCC “Perspective Finance” (Certificate No. 391, dated August 18, 2011, for micro-crediting of physical and legal entities). Legal address: 173/1, Toktogula Street, Bishkek;
The following certificates and licenses of non-financial credit institutions were cancelled:
License No. 269 of the Credit Union “Bedel” was cancelled from August 15, 2011 on the basis of application on self-liquidation, dated August 12, 2011, and minutes of the general meeting of the credit union participants, dated July 29, 2011. Legal address: 54, Navoi Street, Osh city, Osh oblast;
License 4637. 4519 of the LLC “Midas” was cancelled from August 15, 2011 on the basis of resolution No. 38-0 of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, dated August 15, 2011. Legal address: 150, Abdrahmanova Street, Bishkek.
