IMF mission headed by Christian Beddisom have been taking place since September 7, 2011 in Bishkek. The objectives of the mission is to conduct the first review of performance targets at the end of June 2011 and planned activities within the framework of economic recovery, promote economic growth in the Kyrgyz Republic in 2011-2014 supported by the Extended Credit Facility (ESF). Mission members will hold a series of meetings with government officials, the banking sector and the leading manufacturing companies of the Kyrgyz Republic to assess the realism of the macroeconomic program for the next short period. On September 22, 2011 IMF mission will finish its work in Bishkek. 

 

ь On September 3 - September 4, 2011 the NBKR Chairman of the Kyrgyz delegation attended a meeting of IMF Executive Group and the World Bank chaired by the Minister of Finance of Switzerland (the Swiss Confederation) in Turkmenbashi (Turkmenistan). This meeting was attended by the representatives of 60 countries belonging to the Swiss group of reputable international financial institutions. The purpose of this meeting is to strengthen cooperation with all countries and major international organizations. Within the framework of this activity, the seminar on "Macroeconomic stability and development of the banking sector" took place. 

 

ь The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic informs the micro-finance institutions and credit unions that on the official website of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic in the section Normative Acts/Projects for discussion is provided the Draft Law of the Kyrgyz Republic: "On introduction of changes and amendments to some legislative acts of the Kyrgyz Republic (KR Law "On micro-finance organizations", "On credit unions" and "On transactions in foreign currency"), approved by the Board of the NBKR № 49/5 as of 26 August 2011. 

 

 

News of the Non-Bank Financial Institutions 

 

The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic issued licenses (certificates) to the following non-financial credit institutions (NFCI): 

1. PE Igamberdiev Saibdjan Halildjanovich (license №4754 dated 05.09.2011 for conducting cash foreign exchange transactions). Legal address: Central Market (next to tailor shop “Mariam”), Jalalabad, Jajalabad Oblast. 

2. PE Bayazitova Venera Arkadievna (license №4755 dated 06.09.2011 for conducting cash foreign exchange transactions), Registration number of exchange office №2830. Legal address: container №6, passage №1, mini-market “Besh-Sary”, Kievskaya/Beishenalieva corner, Bishkek; 

3. LLC "MCC "JenilKredit" (Registration certificate №393 dated 05.09.2011 for micro crediting individuals and legal entities). Legal address: h. 2, apt. 58, 7 microdistrict, Bishkek. 

 

Licenses of the following NFCI (non-financial credit institutions) are regarded to be cancelled: 

 

1. On 25.08.2011 license of CU "Hel-Sed" was cancelled on the basis of the NBKR Supervision Committee Resolution №22/2-5 dated 25.08.2011. Legal address: s/n Jeenaliev Str. (Recreation centre), Kazarman village, Toguz-Toro, Jalalabad Oblast.  

2. On 25.08.2011 license of CU "Avenur-Kredit" was cancelled on the basis of the NBKR Supervision Committee Resolution №22/2-1 dated 25.08.2011. Legal address: 121 “b”, Pobeda Avenue, Lebedinovka village, Alamedin, Chui Oblast. 

3. On 25.08.2011 license of CU "ETTU-Finans" was cancelled on the basis of the NBKR Supervision Committee Resolution №22/2-2 dated 25.08.2011. Legal address: 20 “D”, Kara-Bulak Str., residential area “Ala-Too, Bishkek. 

4. On 25.08.2011 license of CU "Kazyna-2009" was cancelled on the basis of the NBKR Supervision Committee Resolution №22/2-4 dated 25.08.2011. Legal address: 54, T. Kojomberdiev Str., Sary-Bulak village, Jayil, Chui Oblast. 

5. On 25.08.2011 license of CU "Jayil 2009" was cancelled on the basis of the NBKR Supervision Committee Resolution №22/2-3 dated 25.08.2011. Legal address: 65, Central Str., Alekseevka village, Jayil, Chui Oblast.
