ь The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic informs commercial banks that draft changes and additions into the NBKR Board Resolution No.5/7, dated March 2, 2006 “On approval of the Provision on licensing of banks activity”, registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on April 7, 2006 No.34-06 and NBKR Board Resolution, dated March 11, 2009, No. 12/6 “On minimum capital size (equity capital) of the banks”, registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on April 1, 2009 (Registration number 38-09) are presented on the official web-site of the NBKR, in the section “Normative acts/Projects for discussion”,
