ь On November 30, 2011 at the Board meeting of the NBKR the following issues have been considered and resolutions have been adopted: 

· “On introducing amendments and addenda to some legal acts of the NBKR (Regulation “On the periodic regulatory bank statement” with regard to Islamic financial principles, Regulation “On the definition of capital adequacy standards for banks operating in accordance with Islamic banking principles and finance”); 

· ”On Regulation “On corporate governance in Kyrgyz banks engaged in operations in accordance with the principles of Islamic banking and finance”; 

· ”On Amendments and Additions to the Provision “On banking payment cards in the Kyrgyz Republic”; 

The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic plans to make changes and additions to the List of Basic Documents Generated by the Activities of Commercial Banks and Financial Institutions Licensed by National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, with indication of storage timing (approved by the Kyrgyz Republic National Bank Board Resolution № 22/9 dated August 27, 2004). 

The National Bank requests you to send your comments and suggestions on this document to the General Services Division of the National Bank until January 10, 2012.
